Privacy policy

Practice on your device

Practice playback and audio processing happen on your device. Mix settings and exercise progress are stored locally. Faderloom does not upload your practice listening audio or progress. Downloading lessons sends network requests to the content host, including Supabase storage or a catalog provider you choose.

Live control and recordings

The Mac companion processes audio-interface inputs and saves stereo WAV recordings locally. Remote control sends mixer settings, channel labels, meter readings, and recording status through the configured relay. The relay does not stream live audio. Keep pairing links private: anyone with an active pairing link may control that session.

Optional cloud accounts

You can use Practice without an account. If you register, Supabase processes your email, authentication information, and account identifier to provide sign-in. Cloud scenes contain channel names and mixer settings. Saved connections contain a display name and relay address; pairing codes are not saved in those bookmarks. We use this information to provide the features you choose.

Website, service providers, and logs

Vercel hosts this website. Supabase provides authentication, cloud data, and content storage. The configured relay host processes remote-control connections. These services receive technical request information such as IP address, request time, and browser or device information to deliver and protect the service. Data may be processed outside your country under the providers’ service arrangements.

The app includes no advertising or product analytics SDK. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising. Local storage is used for settings and sign-in sessions. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include to investigate and respond.

Retention

Local settings remain until you clear app or browser data. Recordings remain on your Mac until you delete them. Cloud account data remains until you delete the data or account. Deletion removes active account data; provider backups and operational logs may persist according to the provider’s retention and security processes. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve requests and maintain relevant service records. Contact us for deletion or retention questions.

Your choices and requests

Use Practice without a cloud account. Remove local data using your device or browser controls. Delete recordings with your Mac’s file manager. Delete your cloud account, saved scenes, and saved connections through the app or account deletion page. Account deletion does not erase files or settings stored on your own devices.

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, email aklilu2424@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords or active pairing links.

Children

Faderloom is not specifically directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when the service or this policy changes.
